With all this IPO hype it's hard not to talk about Facebook. Facebook is soon to be releasing its third iPhone app following the Facebook Messenger App. It's already available in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. It's supposed to be available in the USA soon enough.

Dedicated for the use of Facebook Pages, this app allows people to easily handle their fan pages from their smartphone. It allows users to post statuses, share comments, and view statistics about their pages.

The release of this app, plus the major enhancements to the Messenger app earlier this month is evidence that Facebook is working to become the mobile powerhouse that it needs to be. With recent expansion in new countries where broadband connectivity isn’t as common, most people are connecting using their mobile devices. Let's see if Facebook can continue innovating while keeping shareholders happy and posting solid earnings.
